1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made on odysseyplunge.com. If you do not agree, please do not order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Orders & contract
Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll email an acknowledgement; a binding contract forms when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may cancel and refund before dispatch if there is an obvious error, stock issue, or fraud risk.
3. Price, tax & payment
Prices shown in [GBP] and include/exclude VAT as stated. You’re responsible for any import duties/taxes for deliveries outside the UK. We accept [cards/bank transfer/etc.]. Payment must clear before dispatch.
4. Delivery & risk
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout/confirmation; they are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes on delivery. Title passes when we receive full cleared payment. Check goods on delivery and report transit damage within 48 hours with photos.
5. Consumer right to cancel (UK/EU)
If you are a consumer, you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
- Notify us at [sales@odysseyplunge.com] within 14 days, then return goods within 14 days of notice.
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition with all packaging. You pay return shipping and are responsible for the goods until received.
- Exclusions: made-to-order/custom items; items that are used or not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed; business purchases.
- We’ll refund the product price (and the basic outbound delivery cost, if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
6. Conformity & warranty
Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015). We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. This does not cover incorrect installation, inadequate ventilation, misuse, unauthorised modifications, consumables, or damage from poor water quality/power issues. Remedies are repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
7. Installation & safety (summary)
Follow the Installation & Use Guide, including minimum ventilation clearances and professional installation where required. Cold-exposure carries health risks—consult a medical professional if unsure. Use at your own risk and never use alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
8. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.
9. Returns & support
For returns, faults, or support, contact [sales@odysseyplunge.com] with your order number, serial number, photos/video of the issue, and a description.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in your local courts. For business customers, the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
